Cityscape's dedicated networking community for women in real estate, held its inaugural event at Cityscape Egypt. The event featured a panel discussion on the unique challenges and opportunities facing women in the industry, followed by networking on the show floor.
Resilient women at the forefront of Egyptian real estate landscape
Female representation in the real-estate sector is constantly on the rise.However, most of the real-estate sector is still very male dominated and challenges do exist on both women’s participation in the real-estate and women as homeowners and investors. Through this session, we aim to inspire, fuel, and unite Egyptian women to thrive in the real-estate industry.
This panel discussion helped women to:
- Build resilience, talent, and skill to overcome challenges and climb the ladder within Egypt’s real-estate landscape.
- Understand the importance and need for female inclusion in Egypt’s real-estate sector and the impact of the female workforce on an economic level.
- Empower Egyptian women to own real-estate, turning them into investors/homeowners through the national strategy for empowerment of Egyptian Women 2030 Egypt’s inclusive housing finance program.
