Ahmed Lotfy is a project director at SODIC, responsible for all design, execution and delivery of SODIC’s October Plaza and VYE developments. Since joining SODIC in 2011, Ahmed contributed to the successful completion and delivery of more than 1,500 units across Westwon, Courtyards, and October Plaza projects, some of which were completed one year ahead of schedule. Ahmed won SODIC’s first innovation challenge award in 2018. Ahmed’s tenure includes Kleinfelder INC., USA, Orascom Construction Industries “OCI” and ABB SUSA. Ahmed is a registered Professional Civil Engineer in the State of California, USA and a registered Project Management Professional “PMP”. He holds a Bachelor degree “BSc.” of Civil Engineering from Alexandria University in 1999, a Diploma in Construction Engineering and Management from Arab Academy of Science and Technology “AAST” in 2005, A Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering “MSc” from the University of Reno, Nevada, USA, and a Master’s in Business Administration “MBA” from the American University in Cairo in 2018.
